The goals this study were isolate naturally occurring metal-tolerant bacteria by evaluating their ability remove from Tanjaro River assessing the river’s quality. potency (Cd, Pb, Cu, Cr, Ni, Zn, Co, Fe) medium was conducted inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry. Bacillus safensis Leucobacter chromiiresistens able tolerate (80, 90 ppm) Cd, (250, 160 (210,100 (110, Ni (160, 170 while, Proteus mirabilis could ppm Cd. 55.4%Pb, 53.1%Cr, 53.7%Ni, 47.7Fe, 61.4%Co, 55.8% Cu a supplemented mixture these finding indicated that undergoing frequent changes Native possessed considerable tolerance selected metals, which provides promising candidates for use bioremediation.
